                    Facing the Future.Org "Buy, Use, Toss" 2 week interdisciplinary curriculum unit of 10 fully planned lessons correlated with national science and social studies standards that helps to lead students through an exploration of the materials economy: Extraction, Production, Distribution, consumption, and Disposal with an analysis of the sustainability of these steps and determining how consumption can benefit people, economies, and environments.
